Outside School Hours Care (OSHC)
We believe it is important for children to engage in experiences that are meaningful to them. We support their well-being, learning and development in an environment that allows them to explore, discover, build relationships, solve problems, create, construct, improvise and imagine
At Peace Lutheran Outside School Hours Care, we work collaboratively with the children we care for and their families; we follow National Quality Standards and the My Time, Our Place Framework to provide a service that will engage in life skills and leisure activities.
Our Service comes under the governance of the Approved Provider, the Lutheran Church of Australia (Queensland District) and is directed by the Queensland Lutheran Early Childhood and School-Aged Care Services Branch (QLECS). The Service is approved for Childcare Subsidy (CCS).
Operating hours
- Before-school care - 6:30 am to 8:20 am
- After-school care - 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm
- Vacation care - 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
Fees
- Before-school care - Permanent $21, Casual $26
- After-school care - Permanent $31, Casual $36
- Vacation care - Permanent $64, Casual $74
Enrolling in Peace Lutheran OSHC
The before-school and after-school care service are available to current students of Peace Lutheran College. For further information, or to enrol, email our OSHC Service Leader, Sean Mullins.
Vacation Care
Our Service also provides care for school-aged children over the school holiday periods for both students of our school as well as school-aged children from the local community.
